Yoga is a combination of physical, mental and spiritual practices. The practice of yoga offers various benefits to different people, in very different ways. Yoga can be practiced at any skill level and can range from restorative and meditative, to a powerful, strong flow.

private and corporate classes
 
Private Yoga Sessions will deepen your personal practice, fine tune your form and enable you to explore new poses. Classes will be designed around your personal needs. Private classes are appropriate for beginners or experienced students. All classes are one hour.
$60/session at Prana Yoga and Dance
$70/at-home session

Private Group Sessions are great for family and friends, bachelorette parties, bridal showers, and business or wellness events. 
$100/class

All private sessions can take place at Prana Yoga and Dance Studio or at your location. 

Corporate Classes include yoga, meditation and mindfulness classes that are available for your business to enhance your employees' wellness; therefore enhancing their productivity.
