Hello! My name is Christina. I am a registered dietitian/nutritionist, and registered yoga teacher from Cleveland, Ohio.  Annoyed with the diet culture, food rules and constant judgments put on different types of food, I went into business with the sole purpose of helping others undo the diet mentality. 


I've devoted my professional career to becoming an expert in intuitive and mindful eating. I've been trained in Mindfulness Based Eating Awareness Training (MB-EAT) and use this as the foundation for my groups and private coaching clients. T.A.S.T.E. was built on the foundation of a firm belief that physical and mental health, as well as your thoughts, contribute to your overall well-being. T.A.S.T.E.  is a guideline to help you remember to be present, intuitive and kind to yourself. I am here to help you achieve your personal goals with individualized, or family nutrition counseling sessions, and group or private yoga classes.
